Pneumatic lifting system
Our pneumatic lifting system Type 60 was one of the first systems developed for the pneumatic lifting of racing vehicles. It allows a fast and easy coupling up to a pressure of 30 bars. The system comprises the following components: The Air lance, the ERGOVENT valve, and the speed bleeders. All components can be ordered separately.
Air Lance. The air lance, the handle, is connected to an air bottle. It is ergonomically optimized and designed for one-handed operation. It makes it easy to attach the lance to the ERGOVENT even at high operating pressures. The special coupling system works almost maintenance-free.
ERGOVENT. The ERGOVENT, mounted on the vehicle side, is a lightweight valve system to control the pressure in the pneumatic lifting system. The cone-shaped nipple makes it easier to attach the air lance. Once the connection is made, the Air Jack System takes up the air. After disconnecting the Air Lance, the ERGOVENT safely closes up the system.
Speed Bleeder. The Speed Bleeder allows venting the Air Jacks in less than 0.4 sec. Easy to install in the existing system. Fits in tubing and hose systems.

The “Speedy Lance” works with the same principle, but the air is blown in via a trigger. The trigger can be locked.
