This electrically driven high-performance pump with BLDC motor and intelligent control electronics is designed for oil circuits.

The pump head is made of aluminum and works using the gerotor principle. Under the conditions of 80 °C medium and 80 °C ambient temperature, the pump delivers 1200 l/h at 3 bar, but the performance is adjustable depending on load condition as well as the temperature of the processor, the environment, and the medium.

By integrating the control unit into one housing together with the pump head, we can offer a compact and lightweight pump unit that can be flexibly mounted in the installation space.

Electrically driven high-performance pump designed for transmission oil cooling with BLDC-motor and intelligent control electronics (IFC = Intelligent Flow Control). At the condition of 120 °C medium and 80 °C ambient temperature the pump delivers 540 l/h at 3 bar, but the performance data is adjustable depending on load condition, processor and ambient/medium temperature.

All pumps are optimized to the customer-specific operating point to enhance efficiency (e.g. by calculating the optimal motor winding).

The evolution of our PEEK Pump Family: Our Big Daddy delivers up to 2400 l/h at 3.0 bar at the condition of 50 °C medium and ambient temperature. The performance data is adjustable depending on load condition, processor and ambient/medium temperature.

The pump head is made of PEEK to avoid metallic abrasion (gerotor outrunner made of TECA PEEK). PEEK is a high-performance material with exceptional properties such as high wear, chemical and moisture resistance combined with high strength, dimensional stability and stiffness. It is the material of choice for aggressive environments such as high temperatures, wet processes, and heavy loads.

This mini pump is made to transfer engine oil from a separate oil tank to the engine dry sump tank.
The driver controls the oil flow with a trigger if the oil level control warns a low level.
The car does not need to stop. Refill the oil on the race track and save time.
